The Free Spirit

Aspiring for Horizons great,

Seeking new goals to create,
Perennial and continuous as time,
Is its desire to be sublime,
Reflecting upon itself its future,
Inspired by elements in nature,
it tries to break apart and find a way,
To soar high, dive deep and by itself stay,

Free to desire it's own desires,
Operate itself as its own empire,
Regenerate energy in its own fire,

For it is the free spirit,
Roaming the space of its own merit,
Experiencing everything with experiment,
Experiment it loves to invent,
Disturbed, turbulent, and yet collected and calm,
Organized for chaos in its charm, thus,
Manifesting itself true as a dream.

Trash Can City

Take a look around yourself now,
Rubbish and junk is everywhere,
And for a moment you will wonder how,
So much filth we can bear,
How did all this come here and from where?

Could we be making so much waste,
And not be bothering about it in our haste?
Not bothering to keep this world pure and chaste?

Can we all for once come together,
In an effort to stop and prevent,
The total destruction of the environment,
Yes, we can; we just don’t bother!

Living Planet

Life is God’s blessing to this planet of ours,
It is found everywhere as animals, birds, trees and flowers.
Various forms of life are found,
In the water, in the air, and on the ground.
Nature thus made this planet alive,
Giving it all to make life on it thrive.
Pollution and waste is what we have brought,
Looking back, we realize, from it nothing have we got.
Alive is our planet just as we are, and,
Now is the time for us to put forward our hand.
Eliminating our planet’s problems is our duty,
To bring it back to life and to restore its beauty.

Importance of Time

Today was tomorrow yesterday,
And tomorrow it will be yesterday,
Time will go on in this way,
We will come and go away,
But in the time when we are here,
We should live and work without fear,
To make this world a happy place,
For men may come and go but mankind will be here always,
We cannot go to the past and make a change,
The future is unknown and strange,
The present is what we know and understand,
Its precious moments are like grains of sand,
That in an hour glass keep flowing,
To remind us that time is going,
Without a halt, without a pause,
Time flows by Natures laws,
So let us learn from Nature how,
The most important time is NOW.

Knowledge

A Child begins his life from the school,
The school which gives him Knowledge as a tool,
To pave his way along his life,
Knowledge is like a spade and not a knife,
It is to be used to create and build,
And not to have others hurt and killed.
This is the story of the wonderful thing Knowledge,
Which helps a man to grow into a tree from the tiny leaves of a foliage.
